ALBERT’s delectable cream and fruit variegates turn your creations into an elegant work of art, noble, rich and original.

The variegates can be used in ice cream and pastries in the desired fruit flavour to give the creation a delectable and original look. Fruit variegates are made with excellent semi-candied fruit that stays soft even at low temperatures and is perfect for flavouring, decorating and filling, variegating ice cream, semifreddo, desserts and mousse, but also to create fresh fruit salad, milk shakes and smoothies. 

 

Variegatura Orange with zest in sugar syrup made with the juice of the fruit itself, suitable for garnishing ice cream, sundaes, semifreddo, creams and mousse. Stays soft even when frozen.

 

Uvetta Capricciosa is whole semi-candied raisin in sugar syrup made with fruit infusion, suitable for garnishing ice cream, sundaes, semifreddo, creams and mousses. Stays soft even at low temperature.

 

Uvetta Capricciosa Extra is whole semi-candied raisin in sugar syrup made with fruit infusion, suitable for garnishing ice cream, sundaes, semifreddo, creams and mousse. Stays soft even at low temperature.

 

Variegatura Black Cherry is whole semi-candied black cherries in sugar syrup made with the juice of the fruit itself, suitable for garnishing ice cream, sundaes, semifreddo, creams and mousse. Stays soft even when frozen.

Salsa Lampone (Raspberry sauce) is a variegate in glucose and fructose syrup made from the juice of the fruit itself, suitable for garnishing ice cream, sundaes, semifreddo, creams and mousses. Stays soft even when frozen.

 

Ambrosia is a delicate cocoa cream with crunchy grains. Suitable for garnishing ice cream, in trays or takeaway, semifreddo and cake, creating a delicious flavour and appetizing appearance.

 

Bignolata delicate and smooth chocolate and hazelnut-flavoured paste covering small crunchy beignets. Suitable for garnishing ice cream, in trays or takeaway. It gives cups an inviting aspect that will tickle all taste buds. Ice cream cakes and semifreddos garnished with bignolata become irresistible.


Nocciolata
Nocciolata is a delicate and smooth hazelnut cream with hazelnut paste and pieces. Suitable for garnishing ice cream in trays, takeaway or cups. Ice cream, Bavarois and semifreddo garnished with Nocciolata mean love at first sight.

 

PACKAGING

6 kg cans in boxes of two cans, or in the revolutionary 1.4 kg Dosabene bottle in boxes of six bottles.
