Wirtschaftsblatt, Das Standortmagazin für den Kreis Mettmann, journal of small and medium economy in the region of Hilden, dedicates news to the economic growth of the company Albertino. By 2014 Albertino, Albert’s branch of the business in Germany, begins  its expansion and the works to relocate the offices and warehouses in a larger premises in the new industrial area of ??Hilden. In August it will be foreseen the completion of the building and obviously the change premises.

Our liquid, homogenised mixes are the result of more than 20 years’ experience: made of milk, sugar and creamin just the right proportions to make incredibly good ice-cream using a soft-ice machine. Packaged in bags-in-boxes containing 5 to 10 litres, they are homogenised at high pressure, making the mix stable over time. The result is delicious, velvety, light ice-cream as use of emulsifiers is kept to a minimum.

Among these companies there is  Van Nahmen firm, ALBERT’s business partner.

Dr. Peter Van Nahmen and Mr. Ralf Boss visit Mr. Sandro Panciera, valued customer ALBERT for years, in its prestigious ice-cream shop EIS CAFE LEONE.

Together they produced ice cream with the Van Nahmen juices and Perfrutta Cremosa ALBERT.

Tuttafrutta, 100% natural fruit, no added sugars, available all year round, CAN BE STORED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, produced by Albert, is getting a makeover thanks to the experience built up over the many years of activity in the sector.

Born in 1980, Tuttafrutta, a choice fresh fruit purée, perfect for making ice cream, sorbets, drinks and granita, was originally packaged in vacuum packed tins.

Now Tuttafrutta has had a make over! 8 bag in boxes of 1.5 kg each in one practical container. Eight small boxes - practical, light and easy to store at room temperature containing purée from blending fresh fruit, carefully chosen and selected, packaged in an asceptic atmosphere, which guarantees significant benefits with regard to the safety and quality of the final product. The organoleptic characteristics of the fruit are almost entirely preserved.

Owner Mario Libralato, with his son Enrico, took the opportunity to recap the stages which have characterised these thirty successful years, sorrounded by employees and the many partners whi contributed to the growth of Albert.
