What is?

Tuttafrutta is a select fruit puree, suitable for the preparation of ice-cream, sorbet, drinks and crushed-ice.

How is it packed?

It is packed in polyester, aluminium, nylon and polyethylene 1.2 kg, single-dose bags.

What does it contain?

It contains select fresh puree. To be stored at room temperature.

How is it used?

One 1.2 kg bag of TUTTAFRUTTA, 0.9 kg of sugar and stabiliser (as required) are added to 1.8 litres of water; the mix is then thoroughly stirred and left to rest for a few minutes before being placed in the ice-cream maker.
