Albert creates customised bases that are devised and developed in collaboration with the customer to satisfy individual needs.

What is?

A specific range of solidifying and emulsifying agents in powder form for the hot or cold preparation of milk and fruit-based ice-creams.

How is it packed?

They are packed in 2 kg polyethylene - aluminium bags with 8 bags per box, in 5 kg bags, with 4 bags per box, and in 20 kg polyethylene - aluminium sacks.

What does it contain?

They contain a combination of the purest ingredients, carefully dosed in accordance with the unique Albert method for incredibly delicious ice-cream.

How is it used?

In accordance with the doses listed in the technical specifications.
