A fruit glaze or traditional fruit paste for decorating ice-creams, cakes and semifreddo.

In 1 kg plastic bottles with 10 bottles per box (also available in 12 kg cans upon request).

What does it contain?

The best, select fruit or traditional pastes, prepared in accordance with the unique Albert method.

How is it used?

As required to decorate and add flavour to ice-cream, cakes, semifreddo, etc…
