What is it?

Powder mixes used in the preparation of delicious ice-cream utilising a soft-ice or express ice-cream maker.

How is it packed?

In polyethylene - aluminium bags containing 1 kg of powder with 10 bags per box.

What does it contain?

Sugar, powdered milk, fats and other solids.

How is it used?

Three litres of milk or water are added to the content of one bag (1 kg). The mixture is then whisked and poured into the ice-cream maker (it is recommended that the diluted mixture be passed through a sieve before being poured into the ice-cream maker).
