SOFT FRUIT LAYERING

Apricot, amarenata (sour black cherry), pineapple, orange, strawberry, fruits of the forest, blueberry, peach, pescarancia (peach-orange), raisin and extra raisin.

What is it?

Whole, semi-candied fruit that stays soft even at low temperatures and is for adding flavour, decorating, filling and layering ice-cream, semifreddo, cakes and mousse and in the preparation of fruit salads, fruit shakes and milk shakes.

How is it packed?

In 6 kg tins with 2 tins per box or in 1.4 kg plastic Dosabene bottles with 10 bottles per box.

What does it contain?

Whole, semi-candied fruit in sugar and glucose syrup obtained from using the juice of the fruit itself.

How is it used?

Fruit garnishes can be used as required in both the preparation of ice-cream and in pastry-making, to achieve the required fruit-flavour and to give your products a more attractive, personal touch.
