FLAVOUR-ENHANCING FRUIT PASTES

Apricot, pineapple, orange, banana, cherry, strawberry, fruits of the forest, kiwi, raspberry, limoncello, green apple, melon and peach.

What is it?

Smooth pastes that add a pleasant fruit-flavour to ice-cream, semifreddo, mousse and creams.

How is it packed?

In 1.4 kg plastic Dosabene bottles, with 10 bottles per box.

What does it contain?

Fruit juice and fruit pulp, sugar, flavouring and natural colours.

How is it used?

30-80 g (according to taste) of the concentrated fruit paste is added to the cold mix to be flavoured.
